One of CDHTac Fin’s Medical kit solutions otherwise known as an IFAK.

The pouch consists of a sleeve with a quick pull medical insert inside. The sleeve size is fully adjustable with a hook and loop closure and shock cord retention for medical equipment.

The sleeve is secured with a 25mm side release buckle (SRB) and can be removed from the right or the left side by releasing the SRB and pulling on the release tab.

The pouch also boasts generous Molle and shock cord panels at the top and bottom for securing more equipment such as an extra TQ.

Shears can be stowed at the rear of the pouch with dedicated slots.

Molle mountable to either conventional webbing or shooters belts.

The pouch is sold with the internal shock cord and cord locks.
