There are many types of dangler pouches out there and some dangler panels but none that can mount to any STV/Plate Carrier that provide a horizontal and vertical molle platform that can be used at the same time.

The mounting grills at the top sit between the velcro closure of the plate bag providing a strong anchor for any pouch you would like to attach. Add an admin pouch to the front and a TQ  to the rear and free up space on your belt rig. This panel provides so many options
