Shipping Policy - Delivery
All deliveries will be made using a Royal Mail standard delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service.
We do not offer a next day delivery service.
Items under £25 will be charged at the 2nd class signed for rate for the weight and size of the product(s). If multiple products are purchased in one transaction then the highest charge will be used.
Items over £25 will be charged at the 1st class rate for the weight and size of the product(s). If multiple products are purchased in one transaction then the highest charge will be used.
We do ship overseas. Please contact our customer support martin@spectremilitary.co.uk for a delivery quote.
If deliveries are not signed for and no alternative location or method of delivery is known to Royal Mail your package will be held at your local Royal Mail office for 5 days. If you do not claim that package within that time it will be returned to us. This service may incur further charges from Royal Mail. A request to resend the package would also incur further charges.
UK Post Codes and areas subject to additional charges (considered outlying or remote by our carriers).
All BT, all HS, all IV, AB31-38 and AB40-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-17, PA20-PA78, PH4-44, all ZE. Please note this list of post codes is not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
Non-deliveries and Damaged Items
Any shortages from your order, against the delivery note, or items found to be damaged on delivery, must be brought to our attention, by email or letter, within 7 days of delivery. No claims for shortages, or damage will be accepted after this time. If your consignment is damaged on delivery, you must bring this to the attention of the delivery person, and us immediately. Damaged packaging must be retained pending our inspection.
All claims for non-delivery, damaged consignments, or missing items must be made within 14 days of our email update advising dispatch, or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is sooner.
