TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions laid out here are in connection with the use of this website and the sale of products or goods. The terms "We" "Our" or "Us" refers to "Spectre Military Equipment Ltd" and "spectremilitary.co.uk " and "You" or "Your" refers to the person gaining access to our site or ordering goods from our web site over the internet. Further details of our terms are listed below, our terms and conditions are in relation to UK law.
Legal Responsibility
Nothing in these terms of business should affect your legal rights or limit our legal responsibility for death, personal injury or fraudulent misrepresentation resulting from our negligence, or any other liability which we cannot limit or exclude by law. (This includes our legal responsibility under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987.) We will not compensate for delivery delays or failures that are outside our control unless you have asked us for a premium delivery option. In these circumstances, we will limit what we pay you to a refund of the delivery charges you have paid. We will not be legally responsible to you for any losses which both we and you could not expect at the time you bought the goods. If you are a trade customer, we will not be legally responsible to you for any business losses.
Quality Assurance
If any of the goods we supply fail to perform satisfactorily due to faulty materials or workmanship, contact us at any time and we will work with you to deal with the problem. This may involve a repair, providing a replacement product or giving you a full or partial refund. Your rights, defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by these terms.
Products, Prices, Descriptions and Availability
ALL prices are shown in GBP, Pounds Sterling only and all goods are subject to availability, information or details of which can change at any time hence we are unable to guarantee a same price policy for any subsequent products. Should any of our products not be in stock at the time of order we will contact you to offer an alternative product, arrange for shipping at a later date or a refund. We shall endeavour to update prices, descriptions, pictures and all information regarding the items sold on our site but do not take responsibility for inaccuracies which may sometimes occur. Colours and details may vary from those advertised on our website.
Country of origin is UK; most orders will be shipped from our trading address in Surrey.
All ordered items are sent to UK addresses ONLY and that deliveries outside of the UK (including BFPO) must be processed through our customer services at martin@spectremilitary.co.uk
Sales Tax
All of our online products are fully inclusive of VAT
Method of Payment
Payments must be made by one of our preferred methods of payment, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Solo, UK Maestro, Visa debit, Visa Delta, Visa Electron and Paypal. Please refer to your card issuer for further details.
If you wish to pay by cheque or any other method not listed on our site contact our customer services at martin@spectremilitary.co.uk
All cards are processed via secure server technology and are subject to validation and authorisation by both the card issuer and us. We do not hold onto your card details. This ensures that we maintain a safe and secure payment process.
Age Restrictions
Age restrictions apply to some goods we supply. By ordering these goods, you are confirming that you are over 18 and that the person receiving the delivery is also over 18. To make sure we are keeping to the law, we may occasionally have to ask you to provide proof of age (either in person, by email, fax or post).
Delivery and Returns
Delivery
All deliveries will be made using a Royal Mail standard delivery or Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service.
We do not offer a next day delivery service.
Items under £25 will be charged at the 2nd class signed for rate for the weight and size of the product(s). If multiple products are purchased in one transaction then the highest charge will be used.
Items over £25 will be charged at the 1st class rate for the weight and size of the product(s). If multiple products are purchased in one transaction then the highest charge will be used.
We do ship overseas. Please contact our customer support martin@spectremilitary.co.uk for a delivery quote.
If deliveries are not signed for and no alternative location or method of delivery is known to Royal Mail your package will be held at your local Royal Mail office for 5 days. If you do not claim that package within that time it will be returned to us. This service may incur further charges from Royal Mail. A request to resend the package would also incur further charges.
UK Post Codes and areas subject to additional charges (considered outlying or remote by our carriers).
All BT, all HS, all IV, AB31-38 and AB40-56, KA27, KA28, KW1-17, PA20-PA78, PH4-44, all ZE. Please note this list of post codes is not exhaustive and may be subject to change.
Non-deliveries and Damaged Items
Any shortages from your order, against the delivery note, or items found to be damaged on delivery, must be brought to our attention, by email or letter, within 7 days of delivery. No claims for shortages, or damage will be accepted after this time. If your consignment is damaged on delivery, you must bring this to the attention of the delivery person, and us immediately. Damaged packaging must be retained pending our inspection.
All claims for non-delivery, damaged consignments, or missing items must be made within 14 days of our email update advising dispatch, or within 7 days of delivery, whichever is sooner.
Returns & Exchange
If you are not satisfied with any purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days, unused, and in the original, undamaged packaging, for exchange or refund. Neither refunds nor exchanges will be granted for items not returned in the same condition as supplied.

Please note that no carriage costs will be refunded. After 14 days sales are final.
Exchanges will be subject to a further minimum delivery charge
Refunds will always be made to the same payment source as the original purchase.
Under European Union regulations, individual buyers have the right to cancel their orders within seven days of their contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If the buyer chooses to cancel their order, they will have their payment returned. Please see our returns policy above for further details regarding returns. Cancellations must be made by email to martin@spectremilitary.co.uk and include your order number. Carriage charges will still apply to orders cancelled after dispatch, we further reserve the right to deduct any cost incurred by recovering any orders cancelled after dispatch.
